Biking/Fat Biking

First Annual Bike Rodeo

Bring the whole family over to the first annual Town of Hayward Bike Rodeo, this Saturday, June 2, 10am-2pm.

Cycling is a life skill that can continue throughout the generations, so it’s good to start kids biking safely and knowing the rules of the road. They’ll be more alert in school, feel more a part of their local area, and get to spend time with the whole family doing something fun and healthy.

Get your kids ready for the road at the First Annual Town of Hayward Bike Rodeo!

To that end, Town of Hayward Chief Haag has planned a fantastic event this Saturday. Free to all kids, the Town of Hayward Bike Rodeo will offer agility and obstacle courses, safety instructions, and lunch.

Participants will have the opportunity to win a variety of prizes, including water bottles, helmets-even brand new bikes! And, Chris from New Moon will be on hand giving safety evaluations and making minor adjustments on bikes.
