New Moon’s annual race wax clinics kick off this Friday, 1/12 at 4pm with waxing presentations from Fast Wax founder, Dan Meyer and 3-time Olympian and Toko Wax ambassador, John Bauer. Brush-up (pun) on your waxing knowledge and skills with these wax experts in our cozy shop. Still cold from the arctic cold snap? We’ll have the wood stove going, too!

Toko Wax has always focused on simplicity for waxing success. Their 3-temp system allows skiers to avoid “wax panic” and confusion. John brings decades of waxing and international race experience to the table. Toko is a great brand to get familiar with if you have not yet.

Fast Wax was founded by 3M chemist and ski racing fanatic, Dan Meyer, 25 years ago. With most ski goods coming from Europe, Dan created a locally-produced and affordable wax line that gave skiers a US-made option. Embraced by nordic and alpine skiers alike, Fast Wax has grown and now shows up in wax boxes around the globe. Dan enjoys sharing his expertise with skiers regardless of ability.

Racer or not, all are welcome to attend our clinics this Friday. Bring your questions, bring a friend. Clinics begin at 4pm. See you Friday at New Moon!
